EchoSpan integrates with Harvard Business Review

360 survey and performance review reporting now includes developmental reading suggestions from Harvard.

ATLANTA, GA. EchoSpan is pleased to announce the integration of its industry-leading, Microsoft-certified Performance Management suite with Harvard Business Review's extensive talent-management content library. Effective immediately, all clients will benefit from the integration of HBR's extensive performance management article database with EchoSpan's performance management tools.

Available as a free reporting option on both 360 survey and performance review modules, administrators can now opt to include dynamically-suggested readings to program participants. Reading suggestions are intended to help feedback recipients develop in areas where opportunities exist.

The logic behind the system weighs current scores from 360 or performance reviews in making suggestions, and takes into account past recommendations. Report recipients are presented abstracts for each article, and have the option of downloading or purchasing the articles they'd like from the Harvard Business Review Web site.

Currently, the article database contains just under 1,000 articles, with more on the way. Additional articles, course suggestions, training seminars and software-based developmental tools will be made available over the coming months and will include vendors other than HBR.
