Joe founded EchoSpan in 2002. As the President and CEO of EchoSpan, Joe is primarily responsible for driving the company's technology vision, overseeing product development and directing the firm's strategic sales efforts. Prior to joining EchoSpan, Joe was an experienced consultant on enterprise-level e-business and strategic issues for Fortune 500 companies. His work has been recognized internationally and has served companies such as A.T. Kearney, Shaw Industries, Home Depot, Mitsubishi, American Express, and EDS.

Joe earned an MBA in Electronic Commerce from Georgia State University and a BS in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University.

Courtney is responsible for directing the company's business strategy. Her day-to-day activities at EchoSpan include the development and supervision of the company's operational roadmap as well as revenue forecasting and planning. She is also a member of the EchoSpan Board of Directors.

Courtney holds a BA in Psychology from Wake Forest University, an MA in Clinical Neuropsychology from George Mason University, and an MD from Emory University.

Ben joined EchoSpan in 2005. In his role as Director of Content, he is responsible for ensuring that the content and measures employed by EchoSpan are aligned with industry-accepted psychological and statistical models. He regularly assists in developing new content, products and reporting technologies for the company. Additionally, Ben is Principal of Dattner Consulting in New York.

Ben received a BA in Psychology from Harvard College, and his MA and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University, where he was a MacCracken Fellow.

Erin joined EchoSpan in 2009 as a Client Manager. She acts as a main point of contact to our clients, assisting them with their projects from start to finish. In addition, she works with our managed services clients to facilitate their engagements and support their employees. Erin has 7 years of experience in the software industry with a focus on account management and customer satisfaction.

Erin received a BS in Marketing from the University of Florida.

As a Lead Advisor, Joanna assists clients address key organizational development matters. She is a skilled consultant and coach and is experienced in Competency Modeling, Organizational and Executive Assessment, and Management and Employee Selection. Joanna has worked with a wide variety of companies spanning many industries, including Novartis, Agilent Technologies, Becton Dickinson, Schering Plough, Nestle Purina, American Express, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and Charles Schwab.

Joanna has a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University. Joanna is also a Managing Partner at Fisher Rock consulting in New York.

In his role as a Lead Advisor for EchoSpan, Dan helps clients develop and execute on strategic human resources initiatives. He has extensive experience designing and implementing change processes for clients in many industries. He is recognized most for his work as an assessment specialist, providing senior executives with critical insights and information on their own developmental needs, as well as information to companies on their own organization and the executives they are considering hiring or promoting. Dan also has extensive experience coaching executives and their teams.

Dan received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and completed his pre and post-doctoral internships at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. Dan is also a Managing Partner at Fisher Rock consulting in New York.
