EchoSpan.com collects IP addresses for record keeping and systems
administration. Your IP address is automatically assigned to your
computer when you use the World Wide Web. Our servers record incoming IP
addresses. The IP addresses are analyzed only in aggregate. No
connection is made between you and your computer's IP address. By
tracking IP addresses, we can determine which sites refer the most
people to Got360s.com.

recognize visitors and more quickly provide personalized content or

EchoSpan is acting as a data processor on behalf of its clients.
EchoSpan offers individuals (end-users of its system) to be used for a
purpose that is incompatible with the purpose(s) for which it was
originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual.
It is the policy of EchoSpan, Inc to never release the personal
information of its clients and their respective users to third parties,
with the exception of court-issued subpoenas. Prior to disclosing any
client information to a third party requesting information via subpoena,
when possible, EchoSpan will provide clients 7 days written notice of
the subpoena as well as the contact information to the subpoenaing
party.
EchoSpan maintains and has put in place reasonable precautions to
protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access,
disclosure, alteration and destruction. Use of SSL technologies is
available may be implemented at the client's request. Note that some
data encryption solutions may require additional fees. SSL technologies
are optional on all 360 feedback solutions and standard on employee
performance management solutions.
EchoSpan will only process personal information in a way that is
compatible with the purposes for which it has been collected or
subsequently authorized by the individual. To the extent necessary for
these purposes, EchoSpan will take reasonable steps to ensure that data
is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.
