All EchoSpan services are professionally managed and customized for you. You won’t need a Web designer, programmer or technical resource in-house to administer our product. We constantly monitor the progress of your survey campaign to make sure everything runs smoothly from setup to final reporting.

Q: What's the typical process like for conducting a multi-rater survey?
A: Typically, our engagements follow the process below, though we can skip or accentuate any of the steps based on your internal capabilities:

  2. Customize the appearance of the survey for your needs
  3. Host the survey on our secured servers
  4. Ensure participants complete the survey on-time
  5. Provide instant, electronic results reporting
  6. Print, bind and deliver full-color results reports

Q: Do you have a process for ensuring participants complete their surveys?
A: Yes. If a participant fails to respond to a survey invitation within 72 hours, he or she is automatically and regularly reminded via email until a response is received.

Q: Can I make changes to a survey myself?
A: Yes. Most aspects of the survey are customizable by you. These include: basic appearance, addition/modification/deletion of subjects, modification of questions, rating scale changes, report customization.

Q: How do you deliver reports?
A: Electronic reports are available in real-time as PDFs or Web pages. You can check the status of your survey via our online reporting window anytime of day or night, and up to 90 days after your campaign ends. Printer-ready reports can also supplied for each survey in PDF format at the end of the campaign.
