• Review workflow setup: Nomination flows, approval chains, and review relationships configured correctly from the start
• Email templates: Invitation, reminder, and completion messages edited and ready to send
• Report templates: Formatted and ready to deliver results to participants and stakeholders
• Autopilot setup: Automated review triggers so your program runs on schedule without manual intervention
• Target and rater upload: Your participant data imported and organized before launch day
