1. How do I change my account password?

  • Login to your account and go to the "My Account" tab
  • Click on the Master Admin sub-tab
  • Type in your new password (up to 8 characters), confirm the new password, and save

2. How do I add additional administrators to my account?

  • Login to your account as the Master Administrator and go to the "My Account" tab
  • Click on the Other Admins sub-tab and add/edit admins

3. Where do I find my account renewal date?

  • Login to your account and go to the "My Account" tab
  • Click on the General Info tab to view your account renewal date

4. How do I add a logo to my account?

  • Login to your account and go to the "My Account" tab
  • Click Company Logo
  • Choose your file to upload. Make sure the file you are uploading is a GIF file, doesn't exceed a file size of 100K, and the maximum dimensions are 250W x 90h (pixels)

5. How do I sign up for a training webinar?

  • You can sign up for our training webinar from your 360 account homepage. The link is under the 360 review project options. You can also sign up here.
  • Don't forget, additional help can be found on each page of the administrator tool. If you click the red question mark in the top right corner of each page you will find a legend for the icons and answers to some commonly asked questions.
