One of the most consistent pieces of feedback we've received over the years has been this: EchoSpan is powerful, but it can take a little time to learn where everything lives.

That's fair.

As feedback programs grow in sophistication, so do the tools that support them. More flexibility, more configuration, and more reporting options naturally lead to a deeper interface. For experienced users, that depth is a strength. For newer users, it can mean a bit of a learning curve.

We've been listening closely to that feedback, and we've introduced a new feature designed to eliminate that friction.

With our Spring 2026 relase (live on May 9th) EchoSpan includes an AI-powered feature search that allows you to instantly locate and jump directly to the tools and settings you need. Instead of building a mental map of the platform or clicking through multiple menus, you can simply type what you're looking for and go straight there.

Whether it's something like "rating scale," "export comments," or "language translations," the system connects you directly to the relevant feature, often taking you to the exact section of the page where the setting lives.

The goal is simple: no more hunting, no more guesswork.

For new administrators, this changes the onboarding experience in a meaningful way. You no longer need to learn the entire structure of the platform upfront. You can explore it naturally, using the same language you would use to describe what you're trying to do.

For experienced users, the benefit is speed. Tasks that used to require a few clicks and a moment of orientation can now be completed almost instantly. Over time, that makes the entire system feel faster and easier to use.

We've also already seen this reduce the number of "how do I find..." questions, which is exactly what we hoped for. When users can quickly locate what they need on their own, they spend less time navigating and more time focusing on the work that matters.

This is one of those improvements that doesn't change what EchoSpan can do, but it changes how it feels to use it. It removes the need to memorize the system and replaces it with something much more intuitive.

If you've ever found yourself searching through menus trying to remember where something lives, this update is for you.
