Release Notes: Version 7.61

EchoSpan is pleased to announce the release of version 7.61 of its 360-Degree Feedback platform. The release includes a mixture of new features, complimentary add-ons and system/security enhancements. The version 7.61 update is automatically applied to any new, blank project you create and will be applied to existing projects at the end of this month.

Here's a summary of what's new:

The Development Planning Module now a standard feature
Build, gain insight from, and manage development plans electronically

The Development Planning Module is now available to all Professional and Enterprise level customers at no additional cost. The Development Planning feature helps to close the loop on your 360-degree feedback process by enabling employees to create and manage professional development plans based on their review results.

"Unlimited" reviews now available as an add-on
Review a Target multiple times throughout the year with a single license purchase.

You can now purchase unlimited use licenses with the Professional and Enterprise versions of EchoSpan's 360 tool. An unlimited use license allows you to review a target multiple times throughout the year with the purchase of a single license. If you purchase unlimited licenses for your account, all licenses for the year will need to be purchased as unlimited.

Full language translation of user interface
Build your reviews and report templates in more than 60 languages using your own custom translations.

You can now translate your review content, rating scale, and relationship groups in over 60 languages. Once your content is translated in the admin tool, users will be able to select their preferred language when responding to reviews. In addition, reports can be generated to display any of the languages you have translated.

This feature is available in the Professional and Enterprise editions of the EchoSpan tool. Enterprise edition clients now also have the opportunity to customize the entire user interface with custom translations, if desired, down to every label and button.

Customizable project banner text
Update the text displayed in the top right corner of your users' interface.

When a user logs into their dashboard they currently see your company's name and "360 Feedback" in the top right corner of their screen. This banner text can now be customized by you for each of your projects.

To update the text, login to any project in the newest version of our tool, go to the Setup menu option >> Advanced Settings and expand the Project Administration section. Then, type the desired banner text in the field next to the Survey Banner Header Text option, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click save.

Additional Updates

• Improved Mobile User Experience. Mobile users now have the same EchoSpan functionality on their mobile devices as they do on their PC.
• Support for Importance/Criticality ratings in reviews and reports. Please see details on the use of this feature in our Product Guides.
• Updated "look & feel." We've improved the appearance of the user interface and administrator tools.
• View and pay invoices online. You can now access invoices and online payment options from the My Account tab of the administrative portal.
