Release Notes: Version 7.62

EchoSpan is pleased to announce the release of version 7.62 of its 360-Degree Feedback platform, set for May 15th, 2016. This is an interim release and includes a mixture of new features and enhancements/fixes. The version 7.62 update is automatically applied to any new, blank project you create and will be applied to existing projects at the end of this month.

Release Highlights

1. Target and Rater project search: You can now search for Targets or Raters from the 360 project homepage. You can search by name or email as well as across active or all (active and archived) projects.

2. Updated “About This Report” report component: Raters are now counted as “Responded” in the About This Report Response Summary section if they are In-Progress or Finished AND have a response to at least one item.

3. Legal Scan on/off switch: You can now turn the Legal Scan button (found on pages with comment box items) off in any project from the Setup menu option >> Advanced settings in the Raters and Responses section.

4. Rater activity logging: We now record the date/time a rater begins or finishes a survey. This information can be exported by running "Export #2 Status Report: Rater List" on the Export Data Files page.

Other New Features

1. Updated multi-language reporting system that allows you to apply your own translated text to all individual-level PDF report content (Enterprise edition).

2. Added multi-language recommended reading report component.

3. Added multi-language development recommendation report component..

4. Added multi-language multiple choice item report component.

5. Added ability to assign a "skill level" to competencies in review forms. Skill levels can be used to segment reading recommendations for target groups that span career levels  (Enterprise edition).

6. Added multi-language support for all standard item types and self-evaluation item text.

7. Added multi-language support for custom reading recommendations. Reading recommendations can now be entered in more than 60 languages.

8. Included an option to copy reading recommendations from a parent account to a child account (Enterprise edition).

9. Added a flag to admin tool indicating the source of a report's translated content, whether from automated translation or custom translation (Enterprise edition).

Enhancements and Fixes

1. Increased speed of survey response screen for better user experience.

2. Fixed bug in "low intensity" minimum response filter setting that prevented rater group level responses from being displayed at the competency level.
