EchoSpan is pleased to announce the release of version 7.63 of its
360-Degree Feedback platform, set for August 13, 2016. This is an interim
release and includes a mixture of new features and enhancements/fixes. The
version 7.63 update is automatically applied to any new, blank project you
create and will be applied to existing projects at the beginning of
Manager Initiated Review Capability You can now enable
Managers to initiate reviews for their employees. Managers can easily enroll
their employees in any active project in your account and, depending on your
project settings, select their raters and send out the rater invitations.
*This feature is available with the Enterprise Edition
Auditor Release of Email A setting has been added to allow
Auditors to release rater emails. The emails to raters will be released upon the
Auditor's finalization of a Target's rater list.
Display Historical Benchmarks on Reports You now have the
option to compile historical benchmarks for your account and display them on
your Targets' reports. You are able to select the projects from which you would
like the data compiled prior to running reports in any project.

Updated "Then vs Now" Report Components Our
change over time report components have been updated to let the admin output
average scores for the last 2-4 review instances and display the results on a

Forgot Password Email Templates Added The email
