Product Update: New Enhancements to EchoSpan's 360 Feedback Platform

On January 19th, we rolled out a set of targeted enhancements to the EchoSpan 360 feedback application, focused on usability, clarity, and administrative efficiency. These updates are designed to reduce friction for administrators while making it easier to manage projects at scale.

First, you will notice general UI improvements across the application. Page layouts have been refined and navigation has been simplified to make common actions easier to find and faster to complete. These changes are subtle but meaningful, especially for administrators who spend a lot of time moving between projects and configuration screens.

We have also improved and reorganized the Rater Relationships configuration screen. The updated layout groups related options more logically, making it easier to define relationships and associated settings accurately and with greater clarity. This is particularly helpful for complex projects with multiple relationship types or custom configurations.

For teams that upload raters via Excel, we have added the ability to send a summary invitation email as part of that workflow. This allows administrators to immediately queue summary communications to participants after a bulk upload, eliminating a second step of work to create messages.

The project dashboard has been enhanced to provide better visibility into self-evaluations. You can now see self-evaluation status directly on the dashboard, queue self-evaluation invitations in advance, and schedule reminders more easily. These improvements help keep projects moving by integrating common functions to a single page.

Finally, we have expanded language support. Projects can now be run in up to 20 languages, up from 15 previously. This expansion supports more global teams and reinforces our commitment to providing a consistent feedback experience across regions.
