Two optional parts of development planning make plans faster to build and easier to measure: automatic plans, which fill a plan from the Target's 360 results in one click, and goal metrics, which let people weight and score each goal. Both are set under Dev. Plans > Feature Settings. Set them before Targets start their plans....
