Product Guides for EchoSpan 360-Degree Feedback
For an optimal, secure user experience, we recommend accessing EchoSpan on a computer running one of the two most recent releases of the browsers below. EchoSpan may function with older versions of these browsers, but certain features may not perform as well.
You can use the EchoSpan system if you have enabled JavaScript in your browser. If you see some unexpected behavior, you may want to switch to a supported operating system and browser and verify that JavaScript is enabled on your browser.

Proxy servers can interfere with the EchoSpan system's session management features and cause unintended interruption of user sessions. Please disable proxy servers when using our application, or, configure them to access EchoSpan using a single, static IP. If your IT team has any questions about this process please reach out to us at Support@echospan.com.
