Administrators can selectively show or hide competencies or review items from the feedback review and reports. This is useful if the admin determines a review item should no longer be included in the report or presented to the participants.
- From the drop-down menu, select Setup >> Review Items.
- Select the radio button to the left of the review item(s) you wish to Hide.
- Choose "Visibility: Hide Item" from the "Modify Selected Items" drop down
- Then click the Green Arrow to execute the change. You will then see the item is hidden by the indicator "Item Hidden".
*Note: this feature will remove the item but does not delete it. Therefore, if any responses have already been submitted, you can easily choose to Show Visibility if you wish to resinstate the question(s).
