Administrators can authorize access to the EchoSpan support team when you need our assistance with your projects. You can provide permanent or temporary authorization to grant access to your accounts from the support confirmation/welcome page.
Existing account administrators will see a pop-up window requesting support access confirmation upon the first login after the v7.69 release goes live.
When submitting a support ticket, Administrators must at least allow temporary access in order for EchoSpan Support to look into specific issues/questions in an account. You can change your Support access level at any time from the My Account tab.
