Enterprise Admins are able to configure the project to send a notification email to Raters in the Manager Group when a Target completes their self-evaluation. This setting can be enabled by following the steps below:
***In order to send alerts to the managers you need to make sure that this group is identified as Manager Group . (From the drop-down menu, select Setup >> Relationship Groups, click the advanced link next to your manager group and choose "yes" to the question "Is this a Manager Group?")
NOTE: You can customize the email template associated with this alert. (From the drop-down menu, select Email >> Edit Email Templates, select the Recipient as Other and the Message Type as Self-evaluation Complete Alert (To Manager Raters). Once your updates are complete, click "Save Template".)
