Requeue and send emails to targets and raters

There may be times during your project when you need to requeue email messages to your Targets or Raters. This is commonly done when a Target or Rater email address is changed or if a participant lost their original invitation.

  • From the drop-down menu, select Raters >> Manage.
  • Click the alarm clock icon at the top of the page, select the type of message you want to send, and check whether you want your messages queued (recommended) or sent immediately.
  • Check the Raters you want to send/queue messages for. If a "self " Rater is selected the system will know to queue a self evaluation message for them.
  • Click the "create messages" button to send/queue the email.
