Requeue and send emails to targets and raters

There may be times during your project when you need to requeue email messages to your Targets or Raters. This is commonly done when a Target or Rater email address is changed or if a participant lost their original invitation.

  • From the drop-down menu, select Raters >> Manage.
  • Click the alarm clock icon at the top of the page and then select the type of email message you want to create.
  • If you are only sending messages to a select number of individuals, check the box next to the names of the Raters you want to create email messages for, then click the button to create and send messages for "Selected Recipients".
  • If you wish to create the email messages for ALL qualified recipients, click the button to create and send messages for "All Approved/In-Progress Raters".
  • Lastly, go to Email >> Queued Messages to review and send the emails.
