Resend a rater their login information

You may have a Rater that deletes or cannot find their email invitation containing their login credentials.  You can easily resend a Rater their login credentials following one of the options below.

Option One:

    Resend the Rater's email invitation.

  • From the drop-down menu, select Email >> Sent Messages and search for the participant's email by first name.
  • Check the box next to that person's name.
  • Click "Send SELECTED"

Option Two:

    Queue a new email to the Rater that will include their login information. 

  • From the drop-down menuselect Raters >> Manage.
  • Click the alarm clock icon at the top of the page and select the type of message you want to send.
  • Check the Raters you want to queue messages for.
  • Click the "Selected Raters" button to queue the email.
  • Go to Email >> Queued Messages to preview and send the email.
