This video will show you how to edit email templates for communications that will take place during the survey process. Administrators can edit the subject line and body of all email messages and will also have the ability to edit the contact name and reply to email address associated with the communications. Email can be sent in HTML and Plain text formats. This corresponds with step 5 of the quick setup checklist when a new project is created, but email templates can be modified throughout the survey process.
