Paired with the Writing Assistant, the new Performance Journal in our Professional Plus edition makes it simple to track day-to-day employee observations, accomplishments, and coaching notes. Over time, these notes form a rich history of performance that's easy to reference during 360 reviews or formal evaluations.

Best of all, when you're ready to write, the system can use AI to summarize your journal entries automatically, generating clear, well-structured commentary that can be inserted directly into review forms.* The Performance Journal is included in the Professional Plus edition of EchoSpan.
