If a Target's email address was entered incorrectly you can update their email and send them a new review invitation.
Edit Target's email address:
- From the Home page of the project, click on the Target's name.
- From the Target Management box on the right side of the page click Edit Target's Details.
- Update the Target's email address.
- Click "Save Changes."
Queue a new invitation email for the Target:
- From the drop-down menu, select Raters >> Manage.
- Click the alarm clock icon at the top of the page and select the invitation type that you would like to resend.
- Check the box next to the Target you would like to queue a new message for.
- Click the "Create Messages" button to send/queue the email.
