Update a target's email address

If a Target's email address was entered incorrectly you can update their email and send them a new review invitation.

Edit Target's email address:

  • From the Home page of the project, click on the Target's name.
  • From the Target Management box on the right side of the page click Edit Target's Details.
  • Update the Target's email address.
  • Click "Save Changes."

Queue a new invitation email for the Target:

  • From the drop-down menu, select Raters >> Manage.
  • Click the alarm clock icon at the top of the page and select the invitation type that you would like to resend.
  • Check the box next to the Target you would like to queue a new message for.
  • Click the "Create Messages" button to send/queue the email.
